Carmen Lopera studied Regional Studies Latin America with a focus on political science in Cologne and Brazil. She has been working as a Senior Consultant at Metaplan since 2009. She previously worked in international development cooperation. Her consulting work focuses on market exploration, sales orientation, strategy development and public sector organizations. She finds it particularly exciting to get to the bottom of the tensions and conflicting goals that actors in organizations experience. She also develops further education, training courses and seminars on various topics relating to moderation and organization.
Personal interests
Carmen is particularly fond of traveling to foreign and well-known countries, and there are still a few blank spots on the map that she needs to explore. In Germany, she prefers to spend her time with her family and friends. If she gets her hands on a good book, she won’t put it down anytime soon.
